There is always a time in a match or tournament when things aren't going your way. The team might not be playing well, the breaks might not be going your way or the opponent is just playing better than you at that moment.

During these times it's easy as a player and a team to lose focus on the present moment and to start to think about the deficit or how the team is playing. When the focus shifts from the present moment to something else your odds of a comeback and consistent play drop.
